Thank you for shopping with The Enchanted Deck.


This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, the delivery options available, and what to expect after your purchase.

1. Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

As a small business, dispatch times may occasionally vary. If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the UK only.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail services:

Standard Delivery

  • Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (depending on order size/value).

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery

  • Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery method chosen

  • Order size and weight

  • Packaging requirements

We aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible for our customers.

4. Packaging

Trading cards and accessories are packaged securely to ensure they reach you in the best condition.
Depending on the order, we may use:

  • Toploaders

  • Card sleeves

  • Semi-rigid mailers

  • Protective envelopes or boxes

We take great care to protect your items during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

For tracked or signed-for services, tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email (if applicable).
Standard 2nd Class/1st Class may not include tracking.

6. Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail to complete delivery.

  • After this period, contact us at support@theenchanteddeck.com so we can investigate and assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Include photos of the packaging and the item.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • We cannot reship or refund until the item is returned to us (if it is returned at all).

  • Reshipping charges may apply.

If you realise your address is wrong, please contact us immediately.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
This may change as the business grows and expands.
